September was a busy month for our Open Hands initiative and we are so very grateful and blessed to all you amazing folks for the support and encouragement and giving hands that make it possible for us to go and meet needs.
In September, we began our clothes donation drive. We collected, sorted and distributed clothes for the beautiful ones at Government Tamil School, Bangalore.
Dreaming and believing big things ahead for these precious ones, we pray that they confidently walk through every door, encouraged, excited and knowing they are more than enough and are so deeply loved.
Thanks to your incredible generosity (Seriously you guys are the best) on 17th September, we were also able to give the children at Nireekshana – a school for mentally challenged children from underprivileged families and slums in Bangalore – diapers, tissues, hand sanitizers & wash. We were also able to give them toys and play supplies to grow and learn.
We love being part of a world that gives so generously to make a difference to the children in need. We hope you will join in as we continue on this journey.
